Haiti One Year Later: A BCLC disaster recovery forum to discuss ongoing recovery efforts from Haiti earthquake on January 11, 2010

The Business Civic Leadership Center (BCLC) and InterAction hosted a joint forum to discuss the ongoing recovery in Haiti after the devastating earthquake in January 2010.

At the forum, BCLC formally launched the Haiti Aid Map, a pilot project made possible by FedEx that details the work of NGOs in Haiti. The map is designed to provide better information on “who is doing what, where” to enable better giving and investment strategies. The forum also featured panel and group discussions on Haiti’s recovery and NGO-business coordination.
