ROVER, or Rapid Observation and Visual Evaluation of Risk, is a fast, free, mobile software tool for pre- and post-earthquake building safety screening.  It allows building owners, communities, and professionals to collect building inventory information and identify earthquake mitigation and post-earthquake inspection priorities.
