IEDC Extends Sympathy to British Columbia in Wake of Storms
IEDC’s board and staff send its sympathies to all of those impacted by the flooding and landslides due to a massive storm event in British Columbia that has caused at least one death, and several communities to be without supplies. We hope for safety for those communities impacted and a quick recovery once danger has passed.
We recognize that more frequent and severe natural disasters are making resilience a critical component of economic development.
