IEDC recently had the pleasure of hosting two experts in downtown revitalization, N. David Milder - an expert on downtown revitalization - and Michael Berne - Founder and President of New York City and San Francisco Bay Area-based MJB Consulting - for a webinar titled "What Can Be Done About Vacant Storefronts Now?".
Milder and Berne offered their expert insight on the current situation of downtowns, due to the COVID-19 pandemic; shifting retail trends; and best practices on attracting and maintaining vibrant downtowns.
