On July 27 and 29, The Economic Development Administration (EDA) held two webinars on its resources from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. In the middle of the night of June 24^th, the Champlain Towers South in Surfside, Florida partially collapsed. As of midday on July 9^th - two weeks after the 13-story structure began to give way – the identified victim total is climbing, and search efforts have turned to recovery actions.
