What qualifications are necessary for businesses to receive aid from the Concerted Temporary Action Program for Businesses (PACTE)?
Businesses must be operating in Quebec, must find themselves in a precarious situation and temporary difficulty as a result of COVID-19, must show that their financial structure offers realistic prospects for profitability, and cannot be under the protection of the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act or the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
What is the minimum funding amount for PACTE? Can it be refinanced?
The minimum is $50,000 and refinancing is prohibited.
